Refund and Warranty Terms
Most of our products have a standard three-month warranty and a standard one month for atomizers.
Warranty will not be provided for damaged products.
* Please retain the Serial number on the packaging if the process of warranty is required.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Vapefield will only accept product returns and provide you with a refund or repair where:
- The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality.
- The product does not match the sample of our description.
- You can present your VAPEFIELD receipt or other adequate proof of transaction claim a refund.
Please provide as many details on the order as possible, such as the Order number #, Your full Name, Phone Number and the Date of purchase.
The packaging of the product(s) will need to remain unused and unopened in order to receive a return or refund.
VAPEFIELD will issue refunds only for new and unused devices and products (excluding batteries and/or e-liquid).
If the product you have purchased from us is faulty please contact our VAPEFIELD team via email@example.com, call us on +64275204266 or come into our store at 17A Wakefield street to discuss your options for repair, replacement, exchange or refund, subject to our Terms and Conditions. Please provide an image or video of the fault or bring the faulty product in store to allow us to assist you further.
